Mosaic and ceramics courses at Rites Folk School were organized by Ilze Dilāne as a recording. Zanda Ragele, a local ceramist, helped out with pottery and biscuit firing. On Monday, clay works were created, then they died for two days. On the third day, the first burn was performed. From Tuesday, the participants worked with the mosaic. On Saturday, Professor D. Lesiņš showed demonstrations with a raku oven. The produced ceramic works were fired using the raku technique. At the end of the course – an exhibition.
