Mosaic, Ceramics Week at Rite Folk School took place from 7-12 July. Workshop leader Ilze Dilāne. The week was very full and lively: working with ceramics, mosaics, digging a pit, burning works in a pit under the leadership of Linda (@vidusmeži.ceramics), clay works were fired with sawdust mixed with copper and salt, the participants also tried eco prints with Kristīne (@kristinejapina), tasted Aīda’s cafe (https://www.kafejaalida.lv). At the end, an exhibition was fantastically arranged under the leadership of Līva (@livaledina). Throughout the week, delicious dishes prepared by Inta (#esi.embroidery) were enjoyed. We were also delighted with the paintings of Gita, Elīna and Ance.
