The seminar will look at the formation of flavour experiences and the typology of flavors, which act as a guide to discovering their world of flavors. Let’s look into the unknown about known and not-so-known herbs we can grow in our gardens or flower pots. Let us also focus on seasonings that can be used to improve the taste of food, and

enrichment. We’ll also include an experience-based look at storing herbs and spices and how to make the best use of herbs, spices and their blends. The practical work in the kitchen will provide an opportunity to try out the power of flavors in the preparation of various vegetarian dishes. We will enjoy the cooked dishes at a joint lunch, during which we will taste not only the dishes but also the newly acquired experiences, and will be able to share our observations, knowledge, ask and search for answers even more widely.
